Personal Empowerment through Sexuality: Does it resonate with you? If it resonates, this invitation comes at the right time! ISTA is an international school of Sexual Shamanism, which has been empowering many people around the world for several years to take back their Personal Power and the reins of their lives in their own hands.
This training provides a safe and caring environment where your choices and boundaries are honored, so you can relax and explore your sexuality free of dogma, fear, shame and guilt.

Many have been radically transformed by discovering reactive patterns and transforming them into mindful and more loving ways of being.
In Level 1 (SSSEx), a team of skilled Temple Arts Faculty will share, inspire, guide and support you to bring light to the shadows where your power awaits to be reclaimed.
You will receive information, guidance and lots of experiential practice around:

ISTA is for everyone who feels the call and who has already started in some way on the path of self-knowledge.
People from 18 to 80 years old, from different origins, professions, religions, spiritual beliefs, races and nationalities. People from various sexual/relational paths, including celibacy, monogamy, and polyamory, are also drawn to ISTA. So do people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
Couples, individuals and relationship groups of any background are welcome.
The practices offered in this course are designed to touch us deeply at the core of our lives.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an individual process that happens in a group environment and a level of ability to be s self-responsible is needed to navigate the spiritual sexual shamanic space.
ISTA is a mystery school and approaches trauma from the shamanic perspective of connecting with the body and soul.
We recommend that if there is known deep-seated trauma, individuals seek one on one sessions and get approval to participate from their therapist before entering the group process.
